they feel like they have more powerful over certain people and they are in the position to do so
They feel like nothing will be done to them if they sexually harass someone.
they think its fun to scare others and to make them feel inferior and because they have nothing better to do
they are aroused sexually by another person or just a really sexual person. Sometimes their intent isn't meant to sexually harass another student but in the victims eyes it is. In other cases the intent is bad and the student is aroused by controling and or making a person feel uneasy. Exposing them to something new is a turn on but again, to the victim, it is unwanted.
